DESCRIPTION
The Ian oak design bookcase is a project that combines functionality, aesthetics, and modularity.
Designed by Castello Lagravinese Studio, it draws inspiration from 1950s style and reinterprets it in a contemporary key, with clean lines and tactile details that make each composition unique.
The supporting structure is made of black embossed steel uprights, which can be fixed to the ceiling or wall to ensure both stability and visual lightness.
The shelves, available in solid natural oak, Canaletto walnut, or black-stained ash, can be combined with marble inserts (Carrara, Marquinia, Marinace Black, Deep Gray, Emerald Quartzite) or extra-clear smoked glass, creating a harmonious interplay of contrasts and transparency.
Its most distinctive feature is modularity: Ian is conceived as an open system. It can furnish a modern living room, become a refined study bookcase, or transform into a multifunctional solution with an integrated TV unit or desk.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Upright structure: the main structure is realised with steel uprights with a black, embossed powdered finish. The fixing system can be mounted to either the wall or the ceiling. The steel supports are adjustable and are available with either a black embossed powdered finish or in black chromium-plated metal
Shelving: the shelves are in shaped solid canaletto walnut natural finish or Dark Oil finish, in oak or in black open pore stained ash
Shelves: shelf surface realised in Carrara marble, Marquinia, Deep Gray, Marinace Black, Emerald Quarzite or bevelled, extra-clear glass with black-smoked finish
