Most importantly the quality and styling of their products is amazing. I ordered 2 custom made sofas and a custom made 280 meter long dining table that are all absolutely gorgeous and exactly as I wanted. Because the table was so large, BertO had to arrange for a crane to lift the Carrera marble top through the front window of our apartment and sent 6 men from their factory in Milan to deliver and set up. Top quality with great service. I highly recommend.

I was quite sceptical to order a bed without having seen it plus from abroad. But the service was very close from the first contact on. I can state the customer service is first class. The product itself met our expectations in terms of quality and design. Plus, BertO uses the latest inventions for technical gadgets like lifting up the bed. I was satisfied with the Jackie chairs and the delivery. Everything was ok. The chairs are expensive, but they are quality products. I received the fabric samples before ordering, so I could see and choose the color and the texture more easily. So, I can recommend these chairs.

I have had my Time Break sofa and Chelsa bed for a few months and feel the true test of any product is time and usage. We have ordered Due sofa bunk bed online last year to be delivered in summer of 2021, without ever seeing any products of Berto before. We have been contacted and then followed through the whole choosing and ordering process by the sales manager from Berto who was very helpful and always available for all our questions, sent us the different fabrics samples to choose from.
