Cherie is the new Vienna straw chair for your dining room, designed by Castello Lagravinese Studio according to BertO's Made in Meda recipe.
Cherie represents the emblem of modern elegance, thanks to its sophisticated enveloping line and the exclusive materials it is made of: solid wood, elegant finishes, essences that make for an entirely opaque structure, Vienna straw, and full-grain leather in the original BertO colour palette.
The design recalls the typical stylistic signs of early twentieth-century Viennese cafés, here softened and redesigned by the brilliant minds of Castello Lagravinese Studio and by the ingredients of BertO's Made in Meda Recipe: cutting-edge production, original design, extraordinary ability to solve complex issues, planning, avant-garde technology in terms of design, the expert manufacturing that has made Italian design famous throughout the world and - last but not least - the most exclusive selection of materials and finishes.
The Cherie Vienna straw chair by BertO represents a real stylistic revolution, with fine, enveloping comfort that interrupts the formality of the elements.
The structure is created by the precise grafting of 18 elements which, united, form an absolute perfection of curves and roundness.
The backrest, on the other hand, is finished with natural Vienna straw decorated with essences from the BertO Collection: a pleasant contrast that recalls the tradition of places dedicated to conviviality, totally reinterpreted in a contemporary key

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Structure: in solid canaletto walnut, formed from 18 separate elements joined together by hand. Also available with Dark Oil finish or in black, open pore stained ash.
Seat: the frame is in 12mm birch plywood and the suspension is obtained by the use of high-strength, woven elastic straps.
Padding: in polyurethane foam.
Upholstery: in leather by BertO; the collection is composed of more than 150 articles, realised individually in collaboration with the Castello Lagravinese Studio and the BertO Research and Development team together with some of the most exclusive Italian tanneries in order to obtain the best possible look and comfort.
Backrest: woven Vienna straw either natural, tinted black or Dark Oil finish.
