DESCRIPTION
The Dee Dee angular sofa proposed in BertO’s new initiative of communication in the magazines Living and The Good Life, is realised mixing various modular elements and by the new pouf “Rockaway” in leather: an original corner element unique in its type.
That which makes this Dee Dee composition elegant and sophisticated is the Rockaway element: a free-standing seat designed with an original specular double curve, it can become the protagonist element of wide angles interrupting the formality of the Dee Dee design or, when matched with other elements, it can become the final part of modern, minimalistic compositions.
It is original and welcoming thanks to the high level of technology with which it is made: a sophisticated system of supports in polyurethane foam of differentiated densities and the softest goose-down which permit us to obtain that which we call “eternal comfort”.
The soft, structural elements such as the armrests and backrests are perfectly shaped and sculpted following the stylistic ideas on which BertO bases its Design system.
The brackets in black embossed metal support the light steel base.
You can move the armrests, the backrests and the bases as you wish giving your sofa new dimensions and forms every time.
The unique characteristic of the DEE DEE design is the unmistakable leather straps which wrap around the armrests.
The leather straps are a perfect sartorial detail realised with the most exclusive leathers and nubuck in the collection and carefully worked in the BertO workshop in Meda which allows you to create your personal projects with elegance and originality.
In the corner version with the Rockaway pouf, Dee Dee is matched with the Hanna armchair in nubuck leather in the colour “terra d’ombra” from the BertO collection while the base is in solid walnut with an opaque finish.
If you wish, you can also add extra style to your sofa by matching it with two small, square tables from the Riff Collection with the tops in Carrara marble and MDF in gloss cream lacquer.
The base of the tables reflects the design of the brackets on the sofa with the finish in black, embossed powdered metal with an opaque effect.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Structure: in profiled metal with high resistance vertically and horizontally woven elastic straps. The backrests and armrests have a steel frame covered in fire-resistant polyurethane foam. The frame is further covered with lining coupled with canvas. The structure is supported by a base in profiled metal assembled with steel locking screws.
Seat cushions: padding with inserts in polyurethane foam with different densities covered with quilted fabric padded with channelled goose-down.
Backrest cushions: padding in channelled goose-down with non-deformable polyurethane foam inserts.
Feet: sofa with feet in black embossed powdered steel height 15 cm.
Upholstery: in completely removable fabric. In the leather version the covers of the frame are not removable while the cushion covers are always removable.
Comfort: a modern sofa for your living-room for an embracing comfort.
