DESCRIPTION
The Iggy modern leather sofa is not just a simple sofa, but rather a true innovation in the field of design and manufacturing, combining comfort, technology and customisation. Iggy offers a series of advantages that make it a versatile and functional element for your living room, optimising space.
Created by the Castello Lagravinese Studio Designers, it is the result of a long process that required 18 months of research and development by our Team. Iggy is made up of 25 different elements - including seating systems, backrests and armrests - designed to adapt in infinite combinations. With the possibility to choose from a wide range of fabric and leather upholstery, this modular sofa adapts perfectly to your environment, your taste and your needs. Furthermore, the project includes the Dive Console to further enrich its composition possibilities.
Iggy's details are extraordinary: the elliptical-shaped wooden feet are made with precision using computer numerical control, while the unique Iggy Grey coating, with metallic effect, enhances its curves. The seat is made up of layers of polyurethane foam of different densities, with a folded sheet metal structure and corner joints in Baydur. The strap system ensures optimal comfort based on the position in which you sit.
The polyurethane perimeter boxing ensures solid support over time, thanks to the reinforcement of the folded sheet metal covered in polyurethane and the two-centimetre-thick memory foam present in the outermost part of the surface. The back cushion is entirely made of soft channelled goose down, ensuring absolute comfort.
The "soap bar" shape of the backrests and armrests is obtained through cold cured polyurethane foam moulds with a metal insert, guaranteeing impeccable curved lines and a pleasant sensation to the touch.
From a technological point of view, Iggy represents a turning point: without protruding metal parts, completely removable and assembled with the innovative Berto Eco Seal Master glueing machinery, it respects the environment and well-being of users by eliminating the use of harmful glues.
In this configuration, with two elements with side armrests, Iggy is embellished with a slate-tone Lust leather and is combined with the Patti armchair with grey Babylon fabric seat in the version and with the new Dark Oil finish.

Structure and seat: in folded sheet metal, with Baydur® corner joints and high-resistance vertical and horizontal interwoven elastic straps, further padded with polyurethane foam of different densities.
Backrests and armrests: in fireproof polyurethane foam with tubular metal insert. The upholstery is made with a bonded canvas lining.
Back cushions: channelled goose down padding.
Feet: in 5-axis solid wood painted in Iggy Grey metallic colour and supported on the ground with grippy rubber.
Upholstery: in completely removable fabric or leather.
