The Iggy modular sofa goes beyond the simple concept of a sofa. It is a true revolution in the world of design and manufacturing that combines comfort, technological innovation and customisation.

Created by the Castello Lagravinese Studio designers, Iggy is the result of a long process that required 18 months of research and development by our Team.

Thanks to 25 different elements - seating systems, backrests and armrests - designed to combine endlessly and the possibility of choosing from a wide range of fabric and leather upholstery, the Iggy modular sofa adapts perfectly to your space, your style and your needs. The project also includes the Dive Console to enrich the modularity.

The elliptical-shaped wooden feet are made with computer numerical control while the special Iggy Grey coating with metallic effect enhances its curves.

The seat is made from layers of polyurethane foam of different densities, while its structure is composed of folded sheet metal, with corner joints in Baydur. The anchoring strap system is designed to give the seat perfect comfort in whichever position you sit in.
The polyurethane perimeter boxing ensures solid and resistant support over time thanks to the support of the folded sheet metal also covered in polyurethane. The top part of the surface consists of two centimetres of memory foam. The back cushion is entirely made of channelled goose down. Thanks to all these components, comfort is absolutely guaranteed.

The "soap bar" shape of the backrests and armrests is obtained thanks to cold cured polyurethane foam moulds with a metal insert, guaranteeing perfect curved lines and a soft sensation to the touch.

Iggy represents a turning point from a technological point of view. Made without protruding metal parts, completely removable and assembled with the innovative Berto Eco Seal Master gluing machinery, it respects the environment and well-being of users. In fact, the latter completely eliminates the use of glues with harmful solvents.

In the design project shown in the photo, the Iggy modular sofa is made up of four modules and is covered in grey Fun fabric. Furthermore, it is accompanied by the new Passenger side tables with Deep Grey and Lava Stone top, the Kim armchair in fabric in lime colour and also the Ian bookcase in the new TV stand version.
