The average producer does not exist anymore: the school must take it into account.
Stefano Micelli signs an article on the magazine Corriere Innovazione where he writes about formation and describes the profile of the new manufacture businessman.
In order to define it he takes as example a company in the Brianza area and the businessman who is leading it: BertO and Filippo Berto.
These are the words Stefano Micelli writes in his article: “The more our economy is focused on the export market, the more formation has to change its direction”. “The fast decline of the average producer has many implications. Some of them, very important, have to do with school. How can we “build” new businessmen that may be, at the same time, even upholsterers, computer technicians and film-makers? The ideal combination between tradition and new technologies, which is actually a fundamental step of the competitive advantage of BertO Salotti, depends on the ability of combining mixed but complementary skills”.
