Domus is one of the most historically prestigious publications in the field of Internal design and not only: suffice to say that back in 1928, among its founders was Gio Ponti.
It is the illustrious publication specialised in Architecture, Design and Art: "Domus".
Today Domus dedicates an important article to the figure of our CEO Filippo Berto and to his work in enhancing the profession of sartorial upholsterery as well as an interview regarding various points of interest.
More specifically, the article focuses on themes of great interest for the future of craftsmanship, so relevant in the field of design. First and foremost it speaks of training young people and the right approach to digital technology without sacrificing the direct contact with our customers which involves the whole society, including the digital laboratory.
All these aspects are part of the DNA of the society in full respect of the traditions of territorial excellence of which Made in Meda is the most advanced expression.
To repeat the words of Filippo Berto:
“For centuries Meda and the furniture producing territory of Brianza has passed down from generation to generation the know-how, the unique style and artisan workmanship of inestimable value.
This awareness always leads me to think about young people and how we can continue sharing this know-how through the years with future generations”
