BertO’s online design on the site Pambianco News

The dream design Made in Meda by BertO has focused its strategy on a hybrid model which is able to combine its online design sector with the actual showrooms.
This has been happening for the last 15 years, both in Italy and abroad, through online services of consultancy and sales of top quality design and furnishing.

The online services of consultancy of interior design represent the real difference compared to traditional channels, a choice which turned out to be even more important during the period of Covid.

BertO’s team of interior decorators are there to assist each customer with their own specific needs and to help them solve the main problems which they have to face when furnishing their homes.

During the last few weeks, these problems have been amplified because we have realised that many of the choices we had made for our homes fell short of our expectations.

This happened because we had under-estimated the importance of asking advice from an expert who is able to assist our customers with the specific needs that our homes and personal habits require.

BertO has resolved this problem with a service of online consultancy with an interior designer who, through the use of specific instruments, is able to solve our customers individual problems.

For over 18 years BertO has been assisting its customers through online consultancy and sales which today has been translated into 7 different languages (the latest of which is Chinese).

“Online sales represent 15% of the society’s turnover but in these last two months, following the lock-down and the closure off our showrooms, e-commerce has increased accounting for 50%.
With the shops closed we have started to think about transformation.

Thanks to our long experience of selling design online and to our direct relationship with our customers, in these last two months we have started to see a consistent increase in sales through our multi-language platform. "
